Notes:

  1. Minimum 7’-0” for poles up to 45’ in height. Increase spacing to 8’-0” for poles 50’ and taller.
  2. Two primary down guys are required for line angles greater than 30°. Use one primary guy for line angles less than 30°.
  3. Down guys and anchors specified are based on 336.4 kcmil AAC primary and 3/0 AAC neutral with a maximum guy attachment height/guy lead ratio of 2:1.
  4. Crossarm to be set to split the angle in the line. Guys should be set in-line with the crossarm if possible.
  5. Maximum Line Angle: 60 degrees
