Notes:

  1. Minimum arm to neutral separation is 7’-0”. Where possible, 8’-0” spacing is preferred.
  2. Down guys and anchors specified are based on 336.4 kcmil AAC primary and 3/0 AAC neutral with a maximum guy attachment height/guy lead ratio of 2:1.
  3. This assembly is intended to provide climbing space for deadend/buck installations on transmission structures. Refer to 12F308 for buck arm installations on distribution poles.
