- Vault and grounding is typically provided by the customer. These materials are not included with this assembly and must be ordered separately if needed.
Optional Compatible Unit Description Qty V0501 Dead-Front Pad-Mounted Switchgear Vault 1 N0310 Pad-Mounted Switchgear Grounding 1 - The dead-front pad-mounted switchgear (MID 1002410) includes SML-20 fuseholders for each fuse position. The switchgear compatible (D0552) also includes three additional fuseholders (MID 1002493) for spares. However, SMU-20 fuses have to be ordered separately. Refer to Compatible Unit E0551 for SMU-20 fuse Compatible Units E3015 - E3200. Order a fuse for each fuseholder including the spares. The spare fuseholders require fuses in order to be assembled and hung in the door.
- Elbow terminations are not provided with this assembly. 600A switched ways require 3-600A deadbreak elbows per circuit (refer to Compatible Units T1106 - T1108). 200A fused ways require a 200A loadbreak elbow per cable (refer to Compatible Units T1103 - T1105). Order deadend insulating caps (dust caps) for all unused 600A and 200A bushings (refer to Compatible Units T1701 - T1703).
- Gel-filled wedge connectors are not provided with this assembly. They are required for use with feeder conductors that have a separate 500 kcmil Al neutral.
- Install 3 vertical portable feed-thru bushings (Compatible Unit T1613) and six 200A deadend insulating caps (Compatible Unit T1701) in each 200A fused way chamber.
