Notes:

  1. Neutrals deadended on primary crossarms must be installed on 15kV porcelain suspension insulators or otherwise identified. Refer to T&D Guideline 4-16-3.3.
  2. Down guys and anchors specified are based on #2 ACSR primary and neutral with a working tension of 1,140 lb/conductor and a maximum guy attachment height/guy lead ratio of 2:1.
