12F621 - 3Ø Transformer Bank on Alley-Arm Pole

Note: This standard has been updated with a fiberglass crossarm but the drawing has yet to be updated.
Notes:
- Refer to Assembly Unit 12F339 for 7’ alley arm framing
- Install ground wire from transformer tank ground lugs to neutral. Connect pole ground to neutral.
- Do not remove tank grounding connection unless transformer cutouts are open.
- Refer to T&D Guidelines 4-13 and 4-11-3.0, respectively, for transformer connections and fuse sizes.
- Maximum size transformers for this Assembly shall be 167 kVA. Two #2 adapter plates (Compatible Unit R0304) per transformer are required if the transformers have ANSI Type C support lugs (lugs which require two mounting bolts). Refer to Assembly 12F604 for mounting transformers larger than 167 kVA.
