Notes:
- Transformer BA21C is dedicated to the volt-meter installation and serves no other load.
- Refer to 12F602 for details on transformer mounting.
- Install connections to common neutral from ground wire, transformer case ground, primary and secondary neutrals.
- Do not remove transformer case ground unless cutout is open.
