Notes:

1. Where possible, switches should be mounted to pull open toward the normal vehicle approach side of the pole (see diagram).
2. 3Ø Group operated switches should be used for most feeder tie switch installations (refer to Compatible Units D0503, D0504, and D0505). 1Ø disconnect switches are appropriate for feeder terminal poles and temporary switch installations.
