Notes:
- If primary is feed-through, delete 3 - deadend caps (T1701) and add 3 - loadbreak elbows (T110#).
- The low voltage line and neutral bushings on 3Ø padmount transformers sizes 300 kVA and smaller are equipped with threaded copper studs sized as follows:
kVA Rating Low Voltage Rating Low Voltage Stud Size 75-150 208Y/120 5/8”-11 UNC-2A 75-300 480Y/277 5/8”-11 UNC-2A 225-300 208Y/120 1”-14 UNC-2A - The low voltage line and neutral bushings on 3Ø padmount transformers sizes 500 kVA and larger are equipped with 12-hole spades designed to accommodate lug type terminals.
- Refer to T0931 - T0938 for set screw bar connectors for terminating #6 - 350 kcmil secondary conductors directly to the low voltage studs on padmount transformers.
- Refer to T0922-T0923 for 6-hole spade terminals to enable connecting secondary conductors larger than 350 kcmil to padmount transformer sizes 300 kVA and smaller.
- Refer to T0900 - T0910 for compression lugs for terminating #2 - 1000 kcmil secondary conductors on low voltage spade terminals.
