Notes:
- For required conductor clamps, refer to Compatible Units R1001 - R1011.
- Post Insulators are to be used for all 795 kcmil and steel pole distribution construction.
- Wood crossarms are predrilled with 11/16” diametermeter. pin holes and must be reamed out to 13/16” dia. to accommodate I0371 & I0371A 3/4” insulator studs.
- Crossarm reinforcing plates help prevent bending of the line post stud by providing a rigid mounting surface for post insulators on wood crossarms. Fiberglass and steel crossarms are rigid enough that reinforcing plates are not needed.
