1. Scope

This specification applies to the removable white vinyl decal above. The label will be applied to contractor vehicles when treating and inspecting wood poles.

2. Size

Labels shall be 12" tall x 18" wide.

3. Color

The sign shall have black and P340 green text on a white background.

4. Material

Labels shall be made of durable, weather-resistant, UV-resistant, InstaChange™ white vinyl.

5. Outdoor Durability

One year minimum, with exterior exposure.

6. Storage Stability

Two years minimum under normal storage conditions (75° F, 50% relative humidity). Material must be mildew resistant.

7. Identification

The manufacturer's name or logo and the date of production shall be clearly marked along the bottom left edge of each sign. MID 5001634 shall be printed on the bottom right edge of each sign.
