1. Scope

This specification applies to District Material ID 5001395 equipment decals as illustrated.

2. Material and Decal Requirements.

Refer to District Material Standard DECALMAT5.

3. Size

Decals shall be 5" high x 7" wide.

4. Color

Two colors: Safety Blue (in accordance with ANSI Z535-1997) top rectangular field with reversed out white reflective lettering. Black informational text.

5. Identification Instructions

The manufacturer's name or logo and the date of production shall be clearly marked along the left bottom edge of each label. The District's Material ID Number shall be clearly marked along the right bottom edge of each label.
