1. Scope

This specification applies to District Cat ID 385329 product failure tags as illustrated.

2. Material and Tag Requirements

Refer to District Material Standard TAGMAT1.

3. Size

Tags shall be 5” high x 3” wide, with a tolerance of +/- 1/32”.

4. Color

The tag shall be UV resistant blue (Pantone Blue 284) with UV resistant black copy.

5. Tag Options

The tag shall include the following: Grommet & Tie Wire, Hole, and Flap.

6. Packaging

Tags shall be individually packaged in clear zip–loc bags, 25 tags per bag.

7. Material ID Number and Identification

This specification applies to the following District Material ID Number: 385329, to be marked in the top right corner of the tag, with all other required identification in the top left corner as pictured.
