1. Scope

This specification applies to flat-surfaced, Standard Voltage information cards as illustrated.

2. Material and Tag Requirements

Refer to District Material Standard TAGMAT1.

3. Size

Cards shall be 3” high x 5.5” wide or 3 1/2" high x 5.5" wide, with a tolerance of +/- 1/32”.

4. Tag Options

Each tag shall include the following options: Grommet, Flap, and Hole.

5. Color

Both sides of the card shall be white with UV resistant black copy.

6. Packaging

Tags shall be packaged in clear zip-loc bags, 25 tags per bag. Each bag shall be marked with the date of production and manufacturer's name or logo. No boxes over 50 lbs.

7. Material ID Number and Identification

This specification applies to the following District Material ID Number: 385155, to be marked in the top right corner, with the top left corner containing all other required identification.
