1. Scope

This specification applies to flat-surfaced, Alternative Wiring information cards as illustrated.

2. Material and Tag Requirements

Refer to District Material Standard TAGMAT2.

3. Size

Cards shall be 3” high x 3” wide, with a tolerance of +/- 1/32”.

4. Tag Options

Each tag shall include two 1/4" holes spaced 1/2" from the top and 1/2" from each edge of the tag as illustrated below.

5. Color

Both sides of the card shall be Pantone yellow C with UV resistant black copy.

6. Packaging

Each box/carton must be clearly labeled as to contents and quantity.

7. Material ID Number and Identification

This specification applies to the following District Material ID Number: 1002801, to be marked in the bottom right corner, with the bottom left corner containing all other required identification.
