1. Scope

This specification applies to District Material ID's 1002145 and 1002146 decals as illustrated.

2. Material and Decal Requirements

Refer to District Material Standard TAGMAT1.

3. Material ID Numbers

This material standard applies to the following District Material ID numbers:

1002145 DECAL, INFORMATION, CABLE ROUTING DIAGRAM, SWIVEL-TO-THE-LEFT
1002146 DECAL, INFORMATION, CABLE ROUTING DIAGRAM, SWIVEL-TO-THE-RIGHT

4. Size

Decals shall be 8” high x 10” wide. The text and illustration shall be proportionately sized to fill the surface of the decal as illustrated below.

5. Color

UV resistant yellow background (3M 5271 in color) with UV resistant black opaque text.

6. Identification Instructions

As shown in Figures 1 and 2, District MID 1002145 or 1002146, as applicable, shall be printed in black in the lower right hand corner of each decal, and the manufacturer’s name or logo, and the date of production shall be printed in the lower left hand corner. Identification text shall be in a small, legible font so as not to detract from the decal's message.

7. Special Packaging Instructions

Decals shall be packaged to protect them from moisture and dirt in Zip-Lock type resealable, clear polyethylene bags (6 labels per bag). Each bag shall be marked with the date of production.
