1. Scope

This specification applies to flat-surfaced, transformer removal tags as illustrated. These tags shall be designed for outdoor application.

2. Material and Tag Requirements

Refer to District Material Standard TAGMAT1.

3. Size

Cards shall be 4-3/4" high x 2-3/8" wide, with a tolerance of +/- 1/32".

4. Card Options

Each card shall have the following options: Hole, Flap & Grommet.

5. Color

The tag shall be UV resistant Neon Red (Pantone 805C) with UV resistant black copy.

6. Packaging Instructions

Tags shall be individually packaged in clear Zip-Loc bags, 25 tags per bag.

7. Material ID Number and Identification

This specification applies to the following District Material ID Number: 1001227, to be marked in the upper right hand corner of the card with all other required information placed in the upper left hand corner.
