1. Scope

This specification applies to District Cat ID 1000975 tags as illustrated. These tags shall be designed for outdoor application.

2. Material and Tag Requirements

Refer to District Material Standard TAGMAT1.

3. Size

Tags shall be 4-3/4” high x 2-3/8” wide, with a tolerance of +/- 1/32”.

4. Color

Tags shall be have a UV resistant black PUD logo copy on a white background.

5. Tag Options

The tag shall include the following options: Hole, Grommet.

6. Packaging Instructions

Tags shall be packaged in clear Zip-Loc bags, 25 tags per bag.

7. Material ID Number and Identification

Each tag may be marked with the manufacturer’s name or logo and the District Material ID or material standard number at the manufacturer's option. If the manufacturer chooses to mark each card it shall be in a maximum size 8 font and located near the lefthand edge on the eyelet end of the card in the areas indicated in the illustration on page 1 of this specification.
