1. Scope

This specification applies to District Material ID 1000212 equipment decals as illustrated.

2. Material and Decal Requirements

Refer to District Material Standard DECALMAT5.

3. Size

Decals shall be 2-1/2" high x 3-1/2" wide with a tolerance of +/- 1/16". Placement of the text, letter size, line spacing, and borders shall be as shown in Figure 1. The letters in the term "NON-PCB" shall be 1/2" high. The letters in the remaining words shall be 3/16" high. The top and bottom borders shall be 1/4" wide and the side borders shall be 3/16" wide. The spacing between lines shall be 3/16".

4. Color

UV resistant blue opaque background, Pantone Color 293C (Reference: Pantone Color Formula Guide), with white reflective reversed out copy.
