1. Scope
This specification applies to tinned copper terminal lug extension bars.
2. Reference Standards
All characteristics, definitions, terminology, voltage designations and tests, except as otherwise specified herein, shall be in accordance with the following industry standards. When the following standards are superseded by an approved revision, the revision shall apply.

ASTM B187/B187M - 11 Standard Specification for Copper Bar, Bus Bar, Rod and Shapes
MIL-T-10727C, 30 June 1989 Tin Plating: Electrodeposited or Hot-Dipped for Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals
3. Materials
Extension terminal bars shall be manufactured from electrical grade copper bar stock (98% min. conductivity), H04 (hard) tempered per ASTM B187.
All bars shall be hot-dipped tin plated per MIL-T-10727C. Plating shall be RoHS compliant.
4. Construction
Extension terminal lugs shall be drilled and dimensioned as shown in Figures 1, 2 & 3. Overall lug dimensions shall be ± 0.0625 inches.
Hole, slots and centers shall be ± 0.02 inches.
Extension terminal lugs shall be free of burrs, slivers, sharp edges or other imperfections.
