1. Scope

This specification covers the requirements for a Line Clearance Notifier vest as shown above.
This material specification is an evolving document and may change at any time.

2. Reference Standards

Unless otherwise stated in this specification, the vest shall comply with the latest revisions of the following Standard:ANSI/ISEA 107-2004 American National Standard for High-Visibility Safety Apparel.

3. Material

Vest shall be in compliance will all requirements of ANSI/ISEA 107-2004 Conspicuity Class II garment.

Vest front shall be Fluorescent Lime Solid Polyester Material, vest back shall be mesh. Striping shall consist of vertical and horizontal 2" silver reflective strips, as shown above on front and rear of vest. Silver reflective strips shall be bordered on both sides by 1" high visibility orange strips. Vest shall have silver reflective bias tape bands around each opening as shown above.

4. Detail

Vest shall have a large rear zipper pocket across back that is accessible from both sides of the vest.

Vests shall have "PUD" silk-screened in black on the rear of the vest below the reflective shoulder bar stripe with 3" tall lettering centered between the striping.

5. Durability / Labeling

Vest shall have a sewn-in label(s) indicating vest size, ANSI/ISEA 107-2004 Conspicuity Class II, ANSI/ISEA 107-2004 Section 10 Care Labeling and ASTM D5489 Care Instructions.

6. Packaging

Each vest shall be individually packaged in a clear plastic bag with size labeling shown for shipping and storage.
