Notes:
- Master safety card holders provide a convenient means for placing master safety cards (MID 1000219) on switch poles and other apparatus poles that are used for switching. Install one card holder on each such pole.
- Refer to T&D Guideline 4-16-6.0 for installation instructions. Install the card holder on the side of the pole facing the street. Mount the card holder such that the mounting hole is 6'-6" above final grade. Mount the holder with a galvanized steel nail on wood poles and with a self-drilling hex washer head stainless steel screw (such as MID 1001615, #8-18 x 3/4") on fiberglass and steel poles.
