Note:
- For applications requiring a level-adjustable vault cover with a slip resistant steel hatch (for example a lid in a sidewalk), specify RimRiser cover MID 5006320. This lid comes equipped with adjustable 5/8" screws giving up to 3-3/4" elevation adjustment in each corner. Manufacturer recommendation is to leave a minimum gap of 0.5" between top and base for grouting after adjustment. Use fast-set grout MID 784224 to fill gaps..
- For locations where the vault cover hatch opening alignment shown above will not work satisfactorily due to the presence of obstacles, roadways, etc., a vault cover with hatches aligned to open side-by-side, as shown below, is available as an alternative. Specify it by MID 1002460. The below configuration is not currently available with RimRiser adjustment inserts.
