Note:
- For applications requiring a vault cover with a slip resistant steel hatch, specify SlipNOT cover MID 1002120.
- For applications requiring a level-adjustable vault cover with a slip resistant steel hatch (for example a lid in a sidewalk), specify RimRiser cover MID 5006321. This lid comes equipped with adjustable 5/8" screws giving up to 3-3/4" elevation adjustment in each corner. Manufacturer recommendation is to leave a minimum gap of 0.5" between top and base for grouting after adjustment. Use fast-set grout MID 784224 to fill gaps.

Notes:
- The above vaults are rated for H20 loading, but are not recommended for high traffic areas.
- For high traffic applications, i.e., full H20 loading, where vault lid will be subject to heavy impact vehicular traffic, e.g., in streets, specify a vault cover with a heavy duty ductile iron lid, MID 1003599.
