Notes:
- These elbows are used to inject silicone restorative fluid in aged primary cable. Injection elbows must be installed on both ends of the cable being injected.
- Sealing sleeves are not included with these Compatible Units because cable injection will usually be performed on older unjacketed cable. If these elbows are to be installed on jacketed cable then a sealing kit (Compatible Unit T1130) must also be specified.
- Refer to T&D Guideline 4-10-20.0 and T&D Guideline 4-24-22.1 for elbow bleed wire training. Always refer to elbow manufacturers' enclosed instructions for cable cutback dimensions and elbow installation directions.
