Notes:
- Use automatic deadends only for full tension applications. Do not use automatics in slack or reduced tension spans as a poor connection will result. When installed and operated with insufficient tension, automatics will not achieve and maintain adequate jaw set to provide a good connection free of radio noise.
- Use of automatics for deadending District transmission conductors is prohibited unless otherwise authorized by the District's Transmission Engineering Group.
