J0401 - DA Omnidirectional Antenna Installation

Notes:
- IMPORTANT! Extend 1" PVC conduit 24" past the top of the pole.
- Move center phase to crossarm to provide 2' minimum clearance between antenna bracket and phase conductor.
- Cable termination into control/radio box will be performed by District Communications personnel.
- Conduit shall be strapped to the same side of the pole as the antenna at 3' intervals.
- Seal coax connection with Butyl Silicone Tape self-bonding (MID 819112) and "88" tape (MID 819097).
- Contact Telecom if the coax length must be greater than 50'.
- Control/radio box shall be mounted between 13' and 16' above the ground line.
