J0301 - Fiber Optic Splice Box — Pole Mounted Overhead Splice

Notes:
- Maintain a 6" minimum bending radius for fiber optic cable when coiled in splice box.
- Field drill bottom rear corner of splice box for conduit fitting and 1/4" drain hole.
- Field drill a 1/4" drain hole in the bottom of the flex conduit loop.
- Fiber optic splice box identification numbers will be assigned by Drafting. Install 3" copy text height white-reflective-on-black identification numbers centered on the top of the cabinet door as shown. MID's of pertinent decals are listed in District Material Standard 387151.1 as well as in the "W" Index of the Compatible Units.
