Note:
- The cable protector (a.k.a., leaderguard or insuliner) has a smooth non-abrasive surface for pulling cable through conduit ends or vault openings. It has a natural horseshoe shape. To install it, the sides are pushed together until the protector is small enough to fit the conduit end or opening. Once in place the protector automatically expands outward until it grips the interior surface of the conduit or opening. As a minimum, the cable protector fits conduit sizes 3”-5”.
