  2. Deadend cover/guard is designed to protect against outages caused by bird and animal contacts with energized bushing terminals on 12,470 Grounded Y/7,200 volt distribution systems per T&D Guideline 4-23-2.5.
  3. Guard allows for hot-stick installation.
