- CAUTION - Covers are not designed for human touch protection against energized lines or equipment.
- Covers are designed to fit over 15kV polymer vise-top insulators, District MID 1002030. They can be installed under energized conditions using shotgun type hotsticks.
- Covers are designed to fit conductor diameters in the range 0.1620” - 1.063”, i.e., from #6 solid bare copper - 795 kcmil 45/7 ACSR.
- Field trim covers for double insulator installations as needed. Be sure that no wire is exposed between covers.
