Notes:

1. This solvent is designed to aid in loosening cables that are stuck in place in conduits by dirt, wax, soap, rust and other adhesive residues.
2. Refer to T&D Guideline 4-24-4.0 for information on how to use of this solvent.
3. 3. The following formula can be used to aid in estimating the amount of loosener required for removing a particular cable:
   
   where:
   Q = quantity of loosener required in gallons
   L = length of conduit in feet
   D = nominal diameter of conduit in inches
